Empowering Law Enforcement: A Collaborative Journey towards Excellence

We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for those who attended the recent Users’ Group event hosted by MdE, Inc. in Waterford Township, MI. It was truly a collaborative journey towards excellence in public safety and law enforcement.

The event brought together first responders and law enforcement professionals from various agencies, creating a platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration. We were thrilled to witness the synergistic and collaborative atmosphere that fostered meaningful discussions, allowing agencies to explore new solutions and best practices tailored to their specific needs.

The comprehensive training sessions led by our experts from MdE, Inc. were aimed at providing users the knowledge and skills necessary to make the most of the PeACEq modules and software solutions they are currently utilizing. From core functionalities to the latest updates, the sessions encouraged attendees to implement the newest features and systems to improve operations.

The peACEqPro beta module, focused on enhancing peace officer training and compliance tracking, garnered immense interest from all participants. We greatly appreciate their feedback and insights regarding its functionality, usability, and potential improvements, as they will play a vital role in refining the final version.

With MdE’s Equipment/Weapons Tracking Module, agencies now have real-time visibility into the status of their assets. From acquisition to disposal, users can monitor the entire lifecycle of each asset, facilitating accountability and reducing the likelihood of misplaced equipment. We were thrilled to witness the enthusiasm for this module as attendees recognized its ability to ensure proper utilization and return of weapons and equipment, thereby enhancing accountability and minimizing losses.

Another highlight of the event was the Pro-LMS (Learning Management System) module, which offers a comprehensive catalog system for class registration, learning paths, certificates, tests and eLearning. We are delighted that attendees recognized the potential of this module to transform their training programs by providing a consolidated platform to manage and track all learning activities.

At MdE, Inc., we are dedicated to partnering with First Responders to provide cutting-edge tools that enhance operational efficiency, streamline training processes, and improve compliance tracking. The Users’ Group event was a testament to the power of collaboration and our shared commitment to excellence within the public safety community.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the attending agencies, namely Ann Arbor Police Department, Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, and Waterford Township Police (our host). Your participation and valuable feedback, particularly regarding the peACEqPro beta module, have played a crucial role in shaping the future of law enforcement software solutions.
Thank you once again for your support and dedication to making our communities safer. We look forward to continuing this collaborative journey towards excellence with you.
