“The Orange County Sheriff’s Communications Center has used MdE, Inc. training software for approximately ten years. We first began using the ADORE software in 2007 and upgraded to peACEq software in 2013. Our Communications Training Unit proudly endorses both programs. The programs definitely reduce the workload of Communications Training Officers (CTOs). Our Training Officers love peACEq. The staff provides exemplary services and is team oriented. They take the initiative to make things better.”

“We have been a long time user of the Adore software and couldn’t be happier. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help and they always make you feel like you’re a part of the family.”

– Lieutenant Bucs, Willingboro, NJ PD

“It used to take 3-4 days to get all of the signed forms to the chief; now I can easily create an entire file in 30 minutes!

– Captain Storie, Polk County, FL Sheriffs Office

“The ADORE program is very user friendly and provides our agencies FTO coordinators, FTOs and Sergeants with incredible tools to properly manage our FTO program. Also the customer service you receive from everyone at MdE is top notch; they have always been there to assist whenever we have needed them!!”

– Officer Richards, Las Vegas Metro PD, NV

“I could not ask for better customer service. I describe MdE as being large enough to handle all your needs and small enough to know you as an individual. I have worked with the company to build / customize our system to fit our needs; ADORE has far exceeded my expectations. Whether I call or email MdE, I have always received a prompt professional response.”

-Sergeant M. Dillon, MI State Police Department

“At the Wausau Police Department, we currently have 10 FTOs, all of them speak highly of ADORE and have transitioned from the PC version to the web-based version very easily. The ability to sign on to ADORE from any computer in the department (and even from home if needed) is very convenient.

I have been with the Wausau Police Department for 26 years and I recall when all of our DORs were on paper and the trainee had to cart around a 4 inch thick binder to hold them all. ADORE has brought us out of the dark ages as far as documenting and tracking trainees and their performance. The amount of time our FTOs spend on a DOR has been greatly reduced.

We’ve used ADORE with trainees who have not met training standards and would have ultimately been terminated had they not resigned first. The ability to attach reports to the DOR has been invaluable. We attach an initial report, one that needs corrections and is not up to standards. Once the report is written with the corrections, it is also attached so that you can see the difference between the two. The ability to show the averages in the SEGs has been eye-opening for our command staff and helps justify the FTO recommendation to release the trainee. I can show them how the trainee is progressing through the training process; using the graphs and colored progress chart really makes an impact.”
