In conjunction with a Maryland Police Department, ADORETM went into development for Patrol Field Training Officers (FTOs) in 1994. MdE incorporated in 1999 and shortly thereafter took possession of the ADORETM software. Since then, MdE has expanded the capabilities of ADORETM to accommodate a variety of field training modules to include San Jose, Reno/PTO, Weekly Mentor methods and various custom philosophies.

As a result of listening to customer feedback, MdE has added modules to track In-Service Training, Job Compliance, Academy Training, Performance Evaluations, Asset Management, Firearms/Weapons Qualifications and custom applications.

MdE provides training software for several hundred clients in various disciplines including (but not limited to) Patrol, Corrections, Dispatch, Fire, and EMS. MdE provides services to local municipalities, state and federal agencies nationwide.

In addition to MdE’s software products, MdE offers refresher workshops on field training, and development workshops that teach generational differences, supervising others and more.
